We feel quite ignored right now. In terms of amenities, this is an excellent residence. It does need a refresh to fix things, such as broken door locks and some worn-out things, but not a dealbreaker. We particularly appreciated the efforts of our chef. The night guard was occasionally out of action, but this was rectified by raising our concerns. We came to Bali to unwind. This was significantly hampered by the efforts of the occupants of the adjacent villa, Casa Hanah. Some groups feel extremely entitlement and selfish that they will party into the evening or decide to play loud bishop music at 5 a.m. and wake up the entire neighborhood. We believed that the family connections in ownership between our villa and the neighbors would help to settle matters out. The group next door repeatedly refused requests, and villa Hanah management essentially washed their hands of it and stated that they had done everything they could to solve it. This obviously is not the case, and had they cared enough for the comfort of the neighbors, they should have fired the group. Our otherwise wonderful vacation was ruined by the group next door and their management's incompetence. Immediately prior to our departure day, I informed casa mateo management of our experience, and their inability to recognize or respond was disappointing. A response would be nearly immediately if it had been an email about payment or booking interest. If everything goes well,

The accommodations here are excellent. Even though the door locks don't function as well as some things that are appearing to be a little worn, it does require renovation to fix issues such as door lock malfunctions and some things that look worn, it's not a deal-breaker. The staff was excellent, and our chef was particularly impressed with their work. Although often absent from action, the night guard was remedied by alerting us to concerns. To unwind, we traveled to Bali. The efforts of the neighbors' villa, Casa Hanah, significantly shortened this. Sometimes, some groups will decide to party late into the evening, or at 5 am, to play loud bishop music and wake up the entire neighborhood. We believed that the family connections in the ownership between our villa and the neighbouring villa would make for a satisfactory resolution easier. The villa Hanah administration effectively washed their hands of it and stated that they had done everything they could to accommodate the request. This is clearly not the situation, and they should have evicted the group if they cared enough about their neighbors' comfort. The group next door broke down our otherwise wonderful vacation, and their management failed to make appropriate use of their management. When I returned home, I informed Casa Mateo management of what happened on the very first morning of our departure day, and their failure to respond or acknowledge was disappointing. The bathrooms are opulent, and the rooms are roomy. We stayed at casa mateo twice last month and again six years ago. The villa's location is excellent, making it simple to walk to day spas, fine coffee shops, and cafes. Moreover, if you don't mind walking, a $2 cab will take you where you need to go. Casa Mateo's staff is unmatched. They are attentive, helpful, and keep the villa immaculately clean. I strongly advise eating in a few times as the food is fantastic. We had an Asian breakfast and a few breakfasts. There are several different areas to recharge in case you are in a group, making Casa Mateo a fantastic option if you need some time to yourself and not hidden in your room.

We had a wonderful holiday at casa mateo for 5 days. The staff was great, chef pushpa cooked us great food. The rooms were great and the service was great. Highly recommended for large groups and families. Our group had 4 couples and 5 children.

We recently celebrated my husband's birthday at Casa Mateo, and we had a wonderful experience. The birthday dinner was very planned, the breakfast food was delicious, and they even went above and beyond to decorate the jungle theme. If you're traveling with a group, this villa and the team of amazing staff are the best! We recommend this villa and will definitely return!.

I am incredibly pleased to have made the decision to celebrate this crucial occasion with them. From December 15 until December 17, 2017, we stayed at Casa Mateo Villa with our entire family in six bedrooms to commemorate the legal wedding day between our Indonesian girlfriend and Spanish boyfriend. Our wedding organizer was hurting one of the villa staff. She answers all of our questions, and she makes it a breeze for us. She found a good location for our pretending photos, and she also donated Balinese customers. She provided us with a photographer, photo frames, wedding cake, decoration, and wedding band based on our requirements. But the most important thing is that all documents were promptly legalized. She also offered us the option of increasing the quantity of food at dinner on the wedding day for no additional cost because a member of the family couldn't eat pork. Thanks to the villa staff because they keep the villa spotless and help us with everything. They worked there until 11 p.m. I am sure Ill reserve with them when I return to Bali for a vacation. Many thanks once more to the whole crew.
