3. untuk pasangan berbeda jenis menunjukkan/melampirkan buku nikah
4. tidak merokok di dalam unit apartemen
5. Melampirkan Photocopy/Photo KTP atau ID Card lainnya
6. wajib menghubungi pemilik property setelah melakukan pembayaran, agar bisa dilakukan verifikasi data sebelum memasuki unit yang disewakan
7. Wajib memberikan deposit pada saat check in minimal sebesar Rp.400.000,- (empat ratus ribu rupiah) atau lebih sesuai dengan permintaan Pemilik property dan deposit tersebut akan dikembalikan paling lama dalam jangka waktu 48 jam.
8. pemilik properti berhak untuk menganggap penyewa tidak hadir/pembatalan tanpa uang kembali apabila syarat-syarat tersebut diatas tidak dipenuhi
9. kebijakan diatas adalah aturan dasar dan bisa di bicarakan kembali kepada pemilik property untuk mencapai kesepakatan apabila syarat2 tersebut ada yang tidak terpenuhi

2. not allowed to bring alcohol and firearms
3. for couples of different sexes show / attach a marriage book
4. no smoking inside the apartment unit
5. Attach a Photocopy / Photo of KTP or other ID Card
6. must contact the property owner after making payment, so that data verification can be done before entering the rented unit
7. Must provide a deposit at the time of check in of at least IDR 400,000, - (four hundred thousand rupiah) or more in accordance with the request of the property owner and the deposit will be returned within a maximum period of 48 hours.
8. the property owner reserves the right to deem the tenant absent/canceled without refund if the above conditions are not met.
9. the above policy is a basic rule and can be discussed again with the property owner to reach an agreement if any of these conditions are not met.
