Kamarnya bagus, bersih, cuma sayang waktu check in yg tertera di tiketcom dan travelio berbeda. Tiketcom tertulis jam 14.00 udah bisa check in, tapi pas dialihkan ke travelio malah jadi jam 14.30 itu pun tidak tepat waktu jam 14.30 langsung bisa check in. Kadang harus nungguin room boy nya dulu. Di tiketcom juga saya udah tulis keterangan untuk early check in tapi baru hari H dihubungi sama travelio. Itu pun setelah ditanyakan soal early check in, travelio blg tdk bisa request pas hari H padahal udah tulis keterangan di tiketcom pas pesan. Mungkin kedepannya coba lebih disinkronkan antara tiketcom dan travelio biar tdk ada miss lagi sekecil apapun itu.Popular Facilities
