Lokasinya strategis di persimpangan jalan Pramuka dan Matraman dengan banyak akses menggunakan kendaraan pribadi maupun umum. Namun, tidak banyak tenant di lantai bawah. Untuk naik ke lantai atas, diperlukan kartu akses. Apartemen ini berada di tengah kota.

Apartemen yang sangat terjangkau di Jakarta Pusat. Di menara ini Anda dapat menemukan taman bermain anak-anak, 2 toko serba ada, ATM BNI dan Mandiri, laundry, agen properti, kafe, salon kecantikan, beberapa warung makan, dan perkantoran.

Lokasinya sangat strategis, dengan beberapa pilihan toko makanan dan minimarket yang cukup lengkap. Ada salon, tapi saya belum pernah mencobanya. Ada juga tempat laundry dan mushola di tower a lantai Tempat parkirnya tidak teratur, seperti tidak terawat. Beberapa bapak-bapak (mungkin satpam atau petugas apartemen) telah melakukan pengecekan dan melihat saya ketika melewati fasilitas umum, cukup baik, tetapi lift sering mengalami kerusakan sehingga saya takut terjebak di dalamnya.
