- Pick Up the KeyThe key is available at the Paxel Box Locker located in the apartment’s commercial lobby.
- Receive the QR CodeOnce you arrive at the apartment, you will receive a QR code to open the locker.
- Use the QR CodeThe QR code is only valid for 15 minutes, so make sure to use it before it expires.
- Notify the AdminOnce you are at the Paxel Box location, contact the admin via WhatsApp or the app chat to inform them that you are ready to return the key.
- Receive the QR CodeThe admin will send you a QR code to unlock the locker.
- Use the QR CodeThe QR code is valid for 15 minutes. Make sure to use it as soon as you receive it.
- Return the KeyPlace the key back in the Paxel Box Locker, close it securely, and take a photo of the key as proof.
Couples are required to present a valid marriage certificate upon check-in.

Unique space with a distinct style.
It features an aesthetic interior design with the best views overlooking the swimming pool, the cityscape, and the boulevard of the apartment complex. It is also equipped with a Smart 40” HDTV, a workspace with Wi-Fi, a modern kitchen, a comfortable dining table, an iron, and several snacks and drinks on the table. Complete amenities are provided to make you feel at home during your stay.
The space.
The apartment has one bedroom separate from the living and dining area, making it ideal for remote work with added privacy in the bedroom. It has a bathroom with a separate shower area enclosed by a glass door.
The view from the room offers stunning sights of the city, boulevard, and pool area. We also provide chairs and a smoking area on the balcony.
Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the room.

You can access the swimming pool and gym, which are available as apartment amenities. If you have children, you can take them to the lovely playground near the pool area.
