Tower Stanford sepertinya tipe yang paling minimalis. Tapi secara keseluruhan apartemen ini bersih dan teratur. Ada loker di lantai bawah sebelum lift. Fasilitas kolam renangnya bagus, luas, bersih, dan penataannya unik. Jadi berenang bisa memilih banyak tempat. Lobi juga luas dan bersih. Dekat dengan Pakuwon City.

Saya menyewa di unit 1520 selama 6 bulan. Saya bayar deposit 2 juta dan kembali 500 ribu. Kata vendornya untuk ganti tembok rusak dan pipa kamar mandi yang bunyi. Saya masuk juga begitu, itu bukan rusak tapi karena tekanan airnya terlalu kencang, dulu saat pelajaran fisika tidur? Kemudian tembok yang kondisinya lembab itu, jika tersentuh sedikit pasti rontok. Saya tinggal di Gunawangsa Merr selama 3 tahun, ketika saya menjualnya, temboknya masih baik-baik saja. Kualitasnya jelek, menyalahkan penyewa. Aneh. Belum lagi pelayanan securitynya, hadeeh. Untung sekarang sudah tinggal di rumah sendiri. Tapi saya ingin apresiasi cleaning service-nya, sangat ramah.
