Cek-in yg harusnya jam 15.00, baru bisa jam 14.57. Pas cek-in, sebagian lantai kamar dalam keadaan basah, ga ada handuk, bantal ga dikasih sarung bantal. Jam 11.00 besoknya saya udah minta info teknis cek out nya gmana, baru dikasih info jam 12.45 padahal cuma ngirim info template doank. Selama seluruh kejadian ini ga ada tim Travelio di lapangan yg minta maaf sama sekali, mereka sibuk sendiri ga tau ngurusin apa. Fasilitas sama layanan sangat buruk, mudah2an saya ga spenharus pake layanannya Travelio lagi ke depannya.Popular Facilities
