House Rules:
1. Non smoking room, however smokers are allowed to utilize the open area outside the premises.
2. Strictly NO PARTIES in the homestay.
3. Late Check-out may be considered subject to availability. Additional charge may be applied.
4. Booked rooms can be check-in at anytime after 2.00 pm of the scheduled check-in date. Password to open key safe box will be shared on check-in date to mobile contact number.
5. The following are not provided in our homestay: brearkast, mini-bar, laundry service
6. Footwear are provided within the premises and please do not take them with you when you check out.
7. NO PET are allowed in the property.
8. Strictly NO DURIAN is allowed inside the house due to the strong smel. You may consume “Durian” in outdoor area in the property. This is to avoid strong smell for the next rental.
9. Strictly NO LOUD VOICE after 10pm. This to respect and to considerate the neighbor resident.
