Sebenarnya tempatnya sangat nyaman dan nyaman. Namun, pekerja seperti satpam penerima paket sangat songong, merasa seperti yang dimiliki apartemen. Sang pemilik apartemen tidak memiliki etika. Aduh, Pak, jadi satpam di apartemen saja sangat belagu. Mohon ajarkan para pekerjanya untuk beretika kepada pelanggan.

Tempatnya bersih dan tempat parkirnya luas, dekat dengan mall SMB dan kafe-kafe di sekitar BCBD. Di dalam apartemen terdapat Indomart, kafe, dan tempat makan. Mungkin yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah pelayanan satpamnya, cobalah untuk menerapkan pelayanan seperti satpam BCA yang ramah. Pemesanan Gojek juga bisa dijemput sampai depan lobby, kita harus sudah standby di bawah ya. Soalnya gojek hanya diberikan waktu 10 menit saja agar tidak bayar parkir.

Fasilitas kolam renang di apartemen ini sangat bagus, airnya jernih dan tidak terlalu perih di mata. Terdapat fasilitas playground dan gym. Suasananya sejuk. Ajak teman yang memiliki anak agar lebih nyaman.

This apartment is situated in the summarecon bekasi neighborhood, particularly in its bcbd area. There are six towers in one place in this apartment. The location is close to the simmara mal bekazasis. This flat features two large communal swimming pools, an outdoor gym, a kids corner, and also jogging. Not only that, but you can also see the little pond between the bridle bridge from here. In addition to serving food and beverages, there is stalls on the ground floor, followed by onsite parking for both visitors and visitors.

This is an honest evaluation you will receive. Ive lived here for over a year, and i will describe the positive and negative aspects of living there. From my experience, the security and cleaning services are excellent. As long as you are registered, building, pipes, or lifts are frequently maintained, management will contact you via your phone number. You can pay for parking online or update for three months at the parking membership fee. The maintenance fee is also quite expensive, as is the maintenance cost. Although the management office is in the basement and offers excellent service, dont anticipate quick service because there may be crowded lines occasionally. Here is our complaint, noise. This apartment has thin walls, literally. Avoid engaging in arguing loudly. Because the windows are also thin, outdoor noises exist. Good luck if you sleep soundly! Yes, it also depends on which tower you live in and which direction it faces. If you want to have fewer noise or ambiance when purchasing rented accomodation, consider placing noisereducing materials or opt for doubleglazed windows unless the developer permits it. Regarding the swimming pool, its large but shallow, perhaps for safety reasons. Consider how you intend to hang your clothes or simply do laundry downstairs because the apartments balcony is so tiny. Renting is reasonably priced, with the location close to the mall. Living in this apartment is fairly economical, but ive given it less than two stars from me

Saya menyewa satu unit di apartemen ini sekitar 900 ribu rupiah di Travelio. Terdapat 2 kamar mandi, 4 kamar tidur dilengkapi AC, satu dapur dengan kulkas, kompor dan alat masak, serta ruang tamu yang cukup luas. Layanan Netflix juga tersedia, meskipun tidak ada Wi-Fi. Sayang sekali tidak ada pemanas air di unit ini. Parkiran apartemen cukup luas, dengan layanan laundry, food court, dan minimarket yang tersebar di lantai bawah. Parkir berbayar, maksimal 24 jam, jika tidak salah 20.000. Jika ingin masuk ke unit, Anda harus memiliki kartu akses.

Apartemen ini menawarkan lingkungan yang paling bersih dan nyaman di kota Bekasi dengan pemandangan danau. Lokasinya berada di dalam Summarecon Bekasi, berseberangan dengan Summarecon Mall Bekasi. Ada underpass untuk menyeberang ke mall. Selain itu, tersedia juga shuttle bus setiap jam yang mengantar ke mall. Fasilitas olahraga termasuk jogging track, kolam renang, dan gym outdoor. Di lantai dasar, terdapat berbagai toko dan depot. Ada Indomaret di Tower Elodea dan Azolla. Ada kantin di Tower Davallia. Selain itu, masih ada banyak stand laundry dan beberapa coffee shop. ATM BCA hanya ada di lobby Tower Elodea.

Saya memberikan rating 4.5 Per 5 Terlebih karena Bu Siti pemilik sangat baik dan cepat tanggap.
