I had a wonderful 5day stay at giri carik. The bed and breakfast are excellent value! The staff was extremely attentive and organized numerous outings and transportation for us hasslefree. It is located directly on the main little tourist strip, which is basically just restaurants and other small hotels with their own cafes or restaurants, where we were massaged and did yoga one day at another nearby hotel. A fantastic but basic location to explore the rice terraces of sidemen or the nature of east/north bali with e.V.

After a few years, it was wonderful to be greeted back in the city of giri carik. This modest boutique hotel is situated in secluded tropical gardens, with lovely pools and impeccably clean rooms. The staff members are exceptionally friendly, and the guests are made to feel right at home. Breakfast in our restaurant with views of mount arikan is truly something special!.

This place is a nice place with spacious standalone rooms, especially large bathrooms. Some of the rooms had sweeping panoramic views of rice paddies, but others only saw the backs of other rooms. The pool has that expansive view and is an excellent place to relax. Sidemens tourist expansion is actually underway. Its because of their large restaurant, which plays traditional balinese music and dances every night. We were able to change plans at the last minute, agreed to eat tastiest breakfast one day, and was fully reimbursed for our unused nights. I am very grateful for that! Giri carek is highly recommended.

We had a great time! Everything was wonderful to us! The setting is ideal, with dazzling views of mount gung and pristine skies. With all the amenities (kettle, fan, soap, shampoo, two sets of towels per person, etc. ), the room and bathroom are immaculate. The bed is also quite cozy. Both the included breakfast and the restaurant serve delectable dishes for the rest of the day. But the staff at giri carik was undoubtedly the best part. Very friendly and always willing to assist with an open smile.

A pleasant, reasonably priced place to stay near sidemen. Excellent area for walks along the rice fields. The cuisine is delicious and reasonably rated. Could be more spicy but forgot to ask. Good beds. We didnt need a net because we didn't have any mosquitoes. Lovely, tidy little swimming pool. Very friendly people! Quiet neighborhood!.

A pleasant, peaceful stay in sidemens interiors. The room was quite large, with lots of storage, and a sofa, which was essentially an open shower with hot water. They had soap and shampoo dispensers available. And they also offered free wifi. Service was prompt. There are many good restaurants on the street where this hotel is located. Views from the outside were lovely, like the view of mt. Agung. From their restaurant, you can enjoy vistas of mount ashiah. I saw someone using ufoc outside, so the open bath feels nauseous. Its advisable to place soaps and conditioners in the shower because it is incredibly awkward.

I got the best seated room in the middle with a stunning view. The staff is very nice and helpful, just need to find someone who speaks better english. Otherwise nice, clean and the food is delicious. Definitely worth the price. Little paradise in sidemen.

I adore this location. This is my personal favorite, and i suppose we all have our absolute favorites. The rooms are lovely and roomy, with breathtaking views from some of them and the restaurant. Very kind staff. Excellent dining options nearby.

We have stayed there before and will return. Super friendly staff, the best view from the restaurant, delicious food, large rooms, super hot showers (needed after trekking), nice pool. Everything you need and want of a homestay. Thank you very much for being such irrational hosts.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. And then, the room was clean, but the light would be great with warm light. After that, this place is very suitable for those who want to feel calm and peaceful. Subsequently, they have a beautiful view.

The staff is excellent. The garden and pool are both beautiful. Its a big, spotless room. Daily cleaning is done by the staff. I adore it.

The restaurant is a part of girijacarik. We stayed there for twilight just before the pandemic started and enjoyed every moment of it. Great staff, delicious food cooked with attention and love. A local lady gives utmost massage and they also rent scooters. When we return to giri carik it will be. Thank you all and i hope you guys have gotten through this pandemia well. Manuela and theo.

I had an amazing time at giri carik! I made reservations for additional nights because i didnt want to go. My room, which overlooked the pool, was fantastic and had a view of the mountain. The restaurant offered stunning views of mount arigung. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast was provided and enjoyable. There were also many other restaurants and warungs nearby. Strongly advised!.

Sadly, there is now another building that partially blocks the view from the pool. The rooms are open on top because the roof isnt attached to the walls (see photo). However, the breakfast is good, clean, friendly staff and the views are good.

The owner and the employees here go above and beyond to make sure that your stay at sidemen is memorable. Giri carik boasts a pool with sweeping views and numerous restaurants in the surrounding area. My husband and i will most certainly stay here on our next visit to bali.

This location is stunning. I heartily suggest it and would most certainly stay there again. The view of the mountains and rice fields from there is breathtaking. Make sure to have breakfast upstairs in the hotel cafe because it overlooks the hills and farms.

The restaurant upstairs offers a pleasant breeze and stunning views. The menu is straightforward. Food is of excellent quality and flavor. We tried almost everything on the menu during our weeklong stay in their villas at the back, and we were quite pleased with the quality of the produce used. After trying another warung nearby and being let down, we decided to stay at this restaurant for healthy and delicious meals. They even modified the dishes to my liking, using less salt, spices, or oil. Many thanks for it. Although the coffee shop downstairs has unusual drumshaped furniture, there is one that prefers to be located upstairs for the beautiful views instead.

I heartily endorse this hidden gem. The rooms and pool are immaculate, the personnel is friendly, and the view of mount agung is breathtaking. There are breathtaking views from there and an excellent restaurant. We could stay here every year for 10/10 value for the money. Excellent location to stay while exploring the east.
