Harga murah utk 2 kamar. Note yg penting untuk tamu Tertera 2 kamar mandi namun sebenarnya kamar mandi hanya 1 di lt 2. Dilantai 1 lebih umum disebut dg powder room(tanpa shower). Kamar mandi di Lt 2 connecting ke kamar dan jg bisa dibuka dr depan, a.k.a 1 kamad mandi ada 2 pintu dari samping dan depan. Kebersihan cukup saja, dibagian kasur msh ada debu namun hari kedua kami bisa minta dibersihkan kasurnya dan mereka bisa bersihkan lbh bersih dr hari pertama kami datang. Kasur sepertinya kualitas tidak cukup baik krn cukup goyang. Kasur size 160/180 sepertinya. Poin plus ada guling đ AC sangat dingin dan di ruang tengah juga ada AC jika dibutuhkan bisa dinyalakan. Samping kanan kiri sedang pembangunan, jadi ketika Senin-Sabtu dijam kerja mereka akan sedikit bising dan menyebabkan debu berterbangan ke villa. Di hari minggu mereka libur sehingga lebih nyaman ketika hari minggu. Overall suka dengan villanya, akan kembali lagi apabila kasurnya ada upgrade yg nyamanđđPopular Facilities

This is a fully private house â no shared space with other residents.
Other Things to Note:
- Smoking is allowed, except inside the bedrooms
- Pets are allowed, but must be communicated in advance before booking (additional charges may apply if there is damage â all terms will be explained prior to reservation)
- Quiet hours apply from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM
- Guests are expected to self-manage during their stay.
Housekeeping, bed arrangement, and trash disposal are the guest's responsibility. We provide enough trash bags for the entire stay.
Cleaning is done only once â before check-in at 2:00 PM by our staff.
