Villa nya terletak di pinggir jalan, jd gampang banget Nemuinnya. Darisegi lokasi oke banget, disambut dg ramah sama mas nya. Cantik dan penuh pesona banget villa nya. Bersih, kids friendly. Rasanya pingin semua bagian kita fotoin, karena se estetik itu. Jaccuzi nya air hangat ya, jadi anak anak betah. Terakhir sebelum pulang saya laundry dulu, hihihi.. betah banget disini, next time mau agak Lamaan ah disini. Very recommended villa, cus kesini cobain. 🥰🥰🥰

Villanya bagus, bersih, estetik, seperti istana. Keren banget buat foto foto seluruh spot bagian villanya. mas nya ramah dan helpfull. Kitchen tools nya lengkap. Mba Eni sbg contact personnya juga bisa ditanya tanya soal apapun, termasuk rekomendasi tempat makan sekitar villa 🥰. Bonusnya ada hairdryer dan bisa laundry juga. Yiipiiiiii... Will coming back again for sure. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Joi Roof Home, occupying the 3rd and 4th floors (rooftop area). The space includes 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms — all of which were very spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. It was perfect for our group of 10! One of the highlights was the outdoor jacuzzi — always on and ready to use. It added such a cozy and relaxing vibe, especially in the evenings. The kitchen was also a major plus. It was fully equipped with everything we needed: a fridge, microwave, stove, complete set of cutlery and plates, and even a filtered sink for drinkable water. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. We also appreciated the little comforts: clean towels provided, and daily room cleaning service. The 24-hour receptionist was always on standby, super helpful and very friendly — which made our stay feel even more welcoming. If we had to suggest one small improvement, it would be to provide a dedicated area or organizer for clothes and luggage. But honestly, aside from that, everything else exceeded our expectations. All 10 of us were very satisfied and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!Popular Facilities

A new home at rooftop (Dec 2023), provides a retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life, allowing residents to connect with nature, unwind, and create lasting memories in a serene and comfortable setting. You could gatherings with friends and family, a home with a green view, warm jacuzzi, and nice weather offers a harmonious blend of luxury and natural beauty. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.
The space
Joi Roof, a two floor home, located at the 2nd floor and 3rd floor (rooftop) is ideal for a family wanting a relaxed and secure vacation homebase, or as a staycation.
Ground Floor - are sharing area with joi sky, joi star and joi home contain outside parking and lobby.
2nd floor - bedroom 1, bedroom 2 + bathroom 2
3rd floor - bedroom 3 + bathroom 3, bedroom 4, kitchen, dining area, outdoor bathtub, warm jacuzzi and bbq area (the living room located inside bedroom 3 and 4).
You’ll have plenty of choices for a place to talk and laugh over a cup of coffee, or to read a book or two.
Guest access
Please make yourself at home inside the unit. While our housekeeper’s sanctuary will be accessible from the lobby and laundry area, we would appreciate your respecting their privacy.
Other things to note
1. Please do not smoke inside the house, you can smoke at outdoor area.
2. Note that no pets are allowed due to various backgrounds of our guests. Our apologies. Please ask for our other pet friendly unit.
3. No party, or event is allowed. As we are located within a residential neighborhood, guests are advised to respect the community including not to make noises or disturbances that may create inconveniences or complaints from our neighbors. Our quite time is between 9PM-7AM
4. Please send us a note beforehand if you need a special request such as cooking aids, early check-in/late check-out and bring more than 1 car
