Karuna Villa – House Rules
General Rules:
- Keep the facility clean and tidy at all times.
- Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor seating areas. A penalty of IDR 500,000 applies for smoking inside the house.
- No sandals or shoes are allowed inside the house.
- Strictly no drug use or illegal activities.
- Always secure your belongings and lock the door when leaving.
- Turn off lights and AC when not in use.
- Pets are not allowed.

- Guests will be charged for any damage to furniture, accessories, or parts of the villa.
Pool Rules:
- Swim at your own risk.
- Always supervise children around the pool.
- No fire, diving, running, or jumping in the pool area.
- No urinating in the pool.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking, food, or drinks in the pool area.
- No alcohol consumption in the pool area.
BBQ Rules:
- BBQ is only allowed in the designated outdoor area (strictly no BBQ inside the house).
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused by BBQ activities.
Penalties:
- Floaties: IDR 400,000
- Mug/Drinking Glass: IDR 50,000 - 75,000
- Plate/Bowl: IDR 75,000
- Stain on Bed: IDR 350,000
- Stain on Bed Linen: IDR 200,000
- Lost/Damaged Keys: IDR 100,000
- Smoking inside the house: IDR 500,000
Note: Additional penalties for lost or damaged items will be determined based on the extent of the damage.
