The staff and reception was very welcoming on our arrival. Our room was clean and bathroom very nice and we enjoyed a peaceful and comfortable sleep. The pool is so refreshing and private made us feel safe and happy to extend our atay two more nights. Thank you

This review is a love/hate review. We had a great 5 nights at this place. The private pools are nice and the staff was very nice. My only complaint is how the european owners treat their staff and withhold their pay. Their reputation precedes them. The staff works hard to get the treatment they do from ownership. The bicycles are a nice plus, but the location in the center of the island is not ideal. For that reason and the issue with ownership taking advantage of hardworking staff, i wouldnt stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! It feels like a tiny paradise on a tiny island. You feel very welcome, the service, the staff, the breakfast, the pool, the shower in nature, and the atmosphere. The kids loved it so much and didnt want to leave!.

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis berada di tengah gili air. Suasana hotel sangat nyaman. Fasilitas kolam renang, kamar dan kamar mandinya bersih. Pelayanan yang diberikan juga sangat baik.

Really friendly staff that were more than happy to help with any information about the island and also organised a taxi for us to take away from having to haggle over prices etc. The free bikes was really handy to get around the island and the pool was amazing to come back to in the evening. The breakfast was yum and the rooms were always cleaned straight after we left so we didn’t get bothered if we wanted to come back and relax by the pool in the afternoon. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Gili Air.

We had an amazing stay. Not only was the property well maintained, tastefully decorated and relaxing, but the service was extremely personal and attentive. We haven't often left reviews (which is why this one is a few months late) but this stay deserves a review. Here's what you should know, the island is super small, so staying by the beach isn't really a big priority, you can actually walk to the beach within 10-minutes. Also, the bikes included are super fun, and get you almost anywhere on the island within 10 minutes. The breakfast is delicious and extremely convenient. The biggest drawback in staying here is you have to choose between swimming in your private pool and the ocean, it's really hard to choose. Anyway, this Ke Rensia is an amazing value, the stay was truly memorable.

Our stay is Ke Rensia villas was incredible. Even before arrival, Kamile arranged our round trip travel from Ubud and back to Uluwatu. She and her staff were extremely nice, always available when needed and did a great job with recommendations for the island. Would recommend this place to anyone and hope to be back soon!

We were overjoyed to discover ke Rensia. Within the paradise of gili air, it is a hidden treasure. We are incredibly grateful to have us! What more could you ask for than fantastic owners, kind employees, a private pool, breakfast, and bikes included? Be sure to wear the earplugs they provide because the gilis are largely Muslim, and ke rensia is close to a mosque.

Ada beberapa masalah kecil (check-in terlambat, tidak ada pengering rambut, tidak ada shower gel, tidak ada pemberitahuan proaktif kata sandi wifi dan kunci sepeda) tetapi ditangani dengan cepat setelah direspon dan stafnya juga sangat baik. Kelebihan: makanan enak, kolam renang dalam, staf counter ramah, kekurangan: ada lalat, air berbau (lalat dan air mungkin masalah umum di sini), deposit sepeda agak tinggi.

I recently stayed at the kerensia villas in gili air. I must say that i was blown away by how much i enjoyed my stay there. I appreciated everything, from the comfort of the villa itself to the kindness of both the owners, kamille and ben. Kerensia villas is a brandnew lodging option in gili air. The island is stunning, as is the villas design. It was very unique compared to many other locations on the island, and with a private luxury swimming pool to wake up to in the morning, what more could you ask for? The villas location was ideal for me because i didnt want to be too close to the harbor and the main hustle and bustle of the island. I work from my laptop, so i was ideal for me to have a quiet area that was close enough to access the beach and all the restaurants around the island. Kerensia is very central, so everything was really only 5-10 minutes away. I was also very pleased that my room had a desk area, which allowed me to finish some work. The staff were very friendly and helpful and i had a great nights sleep every night i was there. I have stayed in many places in all three of the gili islands, but i can honestly say that this was one of my favorites!.

Yang harus ditonjolkan adalah makanannya yang sangat-sangat enak. Ada air minum dalam tabung besar dengan keran di kamar. Staf yang sangat ramah. Villa kami sangat bagus, bersih, luas, dan memiliki kolam renang pribadi kecil yang bagus (yang sayangnya bau feses saat mandi, ngomong-ngomong, ini sering terjadi di Bali atau Lombok). Lokasinya di tengah pulau yang bagus, tetapi lingkungan sekitarnya tidak menyenangkan. Dan. Masjid! Melalui speaker! Suaranya sangat keras di ReKensia! Kami menawar 3 untuk 1, tapi itu luar biasa!
