Bangunan villa kokoh dan cantik luar dalam. Handuk, sabun shampoo, hand soap tersedia. Full ac, piring, gelas, cangkir, sendok garpu. Wifi, air panas, smart tv bagus. Perlengkapan dapur komplit, microwave, kompor gas, toaster, rice cooker, blender, electric kettle, dispenser, aqua galon, tempat sampah besar2. Pool luas 1,5 meter, bersih. Kamar 2 dg kmr mandi dlm di lantai 1 dan di lantai 2 ada 1 kamar utama plus bath up dan 3 kamar tdr dg kamar mandi sharing. Lampu2 terang. Ruang karaoke, mushola dan area pingpong di ruangan terseddiri di basement yang full ac. Penjaga villa Pak Parta helpful dan kooperatif. Saat pemantik api dapur ga ada, beliau segera membelikan dan free. Untuk barbeque, perlengkapan, arang dan kipas disediakan. Minusnya karpet tangga kurang bersih. Kamar mandi ada bau kurang sedap dan jendelanya kurang bersih. letak dapur di basement susah buat mobilisasi makanan dan piring kotor. Lemari2 sudah tua dan harus diperbaiki. Kulkas ada 2 yg kecil di lantai 1 sudah hilang rak2nya. Yg besar di dapur basement berfungsi dg baik. Parkir di dalam hanya 2 mobil. Selebihnya parkir di halaman villa yg kebetulan letaknya di pojok. Overall villa sangat cantik dan instagramable.
