Villa yg sangat recoment bgt buat kalian yg mau menikmati indahnya Kintamani , Kamarnya yg luas, bersih juga sangat private Pool . Saya sangat suka owner dan staff nya ramah bgt , sangat membantu dalam segala hal, juga untuk kebersihan yang oke bgt pokoknya. Sarapan juga sangat enak. Kolam renang bersih ,elegant langsung berhadapan dgn gunung dan danau batur. Sangat indah untuk view alam yang sesungguhnya.

I’m don’t think that the reviews here were written by real guests, if you read all the reviews it’s just like a template and saying same thing, feels like the employee that wrote the reviews. I stayed here last month with my family, and honestly, the only thing worth mentioning was the pool view and the quality of the bed. The rest of it? I genuinely have no words. For a price of over IDR 500,000 per night (before service and tax), the experience felt underwhelming. In room amenities were minimal: just towels, bottled water, tissue, a hair dryer, and some teeny tiny toiletries. That’s it. For that price, you’d be better off staying somewhere else that offers things like a TV in the room, daily water refills, a hot water kettle, bathrobes, coffee and tea set (with cup) proper toiletries with enough stock, and so on. And don’t get fooled by the mention of a jacuzzi it’s just a cold water tub with zero extras. No bath salts, no bubbles, no bath bombs. Just you, soaking in cold water like a lukewarm soup. Super underwhelming. On top of that, the room had way too many flies. And breakfast? Not even included. Even though we were told it was a “promo,” we were given a tiny portion of fried rice literally three spoonfuls. I didn’t complain since it was complimentary, but even if you wanted to pay 1 portion for more, the portion stayed the same for price IDR 35,000. It honestly felt like the guest breakfast portions were shared with the staff’s meal rations. The staff, unfortunately, weren’t exactly welcoming either. The hotel may be new, but they clearly have no proper SOPs in place. I was even charged extra during checkout, and they claimed It was me the one who wanna give them extras. They did apologize and refunded me triple of the amount, but by then the experience had already gone sour. I work in hospitality myself so I know what to expect I wasn’t looking for a 5-star hotel experience at that price point and i also a general manager (build a brand from zero and prepared my staff for the business) even you guys are new you guys always have a choice to force it make it perfect first or never open it, But even the basics just weren’t there. There are so many better places in Kintamani at the same or even lower prices that offer way more value. I honestly wouldn’t recommend staying here.Popular Facilities
