House Rules
1. Staff Hours & Late Check‑In
Our staff finish at 4:00 PM. A late check‑in fee of IDR 150,000 applies for arrivals after 5:00 PM (Bali time).

2. Villa Art & Craft Collection
Villa M2 Bali features unique Balinese art and handcrafted décor. A walkthrough is conducted at check‑in and check‑out. Any damaged items will be replaced at the guest’s expense (replacement cost).

3. Eco‑Friendly Guidelines
Our villa uses solar power, deep‑well water, LED lighting, and eco‑biodegradable septic tanks. To help us maintain these systems, please follow these rules:

Smoking is only allowed outdoors (pool deck and balconies).

Please do not move furniture to avoid scratching the granite floors.

Please do not remove any items from the villa.

No pets allowed.

Hang towels on the racks provided (not on furniture).

Do not use white towels for cleaning floors. Ask staff if extra cleaning is needed.

For our eco‑bio septic tanks, do not flush tampons, sanitary pads, or wet wipes. Sanitary bags and bins are provided.

Towels and linens are changed every 3 days.

Our linens and towels are white; stains from tattoo ink, hair dye, makeup, sunscreen, or pen may be permanent.

Replacement charges apply if items cannot be cleaned.

4. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM.

5. No Parties or Group Gatherings
Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
