We have a great gym and outdoor pool, but they don't have a complete gym. There is an outdoor pool and gym. You will see many mirrors everywhere. After my arrival, I found that no hot water or free internet was available when I arrived at 1 am, after a 12 hour flight. There was no free internet. The staff at the studio was so rude. There were 4 of them who tried to charge me for the service, including their AC service. The AC was okay. The air conditioner works well, they need to replace the black plastic couch, they had a bad bed in the bathroom and all the beds were not working, then they charged me to replace the AC. I'm not going back. I won't be staying here again.

The location of the Kota Casablanca shopping mall complex is relatively good. The apartment is wishful and management is horrible. I will not be staying there again. Due to my extremely late arrival and the fact that this is a serviced apartment, I arranged to have a friend pick up the key. Even though they had all of my credit card details on application, when my buddy came to pick it up, they requested a deposit. They asserted that they would be unable to process my amen. When I arrived at 1 am, after flying for 12 hours, I discovered that there was no hot water or free internet. The following day, three different people from Mediapura hounded me to make the payment, but they did not resolve the hot water and internet issues. It was only when we first gathered in the evening and decided to pay that they fixed the internet and discovered that the tiny hot water boiler, which took a shower in less than 5 minutes, was powered by the same switch that controlled the bathroom lights and the incredibly noisy extruded fan, even though we were there five, none came. There was a water heater in the water cooler and the spare jug was empty. It only took medipura until the following day to come to replace it.
