Kelebihan: apartemen ini masih baru, memiliki kolam renang, taman hijau, gym. Kamar luas dan bersih, dilengkapi dengan air panas. Kekurangan: tidak ada wifi, belum banyak tenant di lantai bawah, proses check-in dan check-out memakan waktu lama karena tidak ada yang bertugas di apartemen, sehingga harus membuat janji dan menghubungi terlebih dahulu.
