The villa is not as beautiful as in the photos. The staff is absolutely brilliant and cant help but be helped. We had a birthday while we were there and they arranged decorations and cake. Airport pickup and drop off - the driver was brilliant. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to return.

This place is very nice for housing and recreation. I was there for about 6 months. Servis is great. The guys do their job on time and with passion. They do not refuse requests and try to satisfy the client to the fullest. I will be back.

The villa is stunningly spacious and boasts a large deep pool. The open dining and lounge area is truly remarkable. There are numerous excellent restaurants and cafes within walking distance, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. The breakfast served is delicious and prepared to order, adding to the overall experience. A major bonus is the complimentary shuttle service available within the Canggu area.

Would have given a perfect 5star rating, but after a few days, we mysteriously missed our dutyfree purchases. It was a problem because they were so expensive. The staff and accommodation were excellent. We just cant wrap our heads around the missing items.

We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was perfect, villa, swimming pool, so beautiful! And of course the great hospitality from the staff, the nicest people. We felt very welcome here. When we come back to bali, we will definitely come back here!.

The 10 days at mayana villas were a pleasure. Communication was simple prior to arrival, and they accommodated a latenight checkin. The villa was spacious, and the use of light in all areas was successful, the garden was wellkept, and the pool was cleaned regularly. The interior had bright and neutral colors creating a relaxing atmosphere. For those who love bathtubs, the large bathtub easily accommodates two people, and the bathroom was very beautiful. The staff was very friendly and respectful. They promptly addressed any requests or minor issues. Special thanks to wayan for his help and guidance and all the tips he gave about the island. Make sure to use the invilla spa service to relax with a massage. The prices were very reasonable, and there was plenty of availability. However, there were some minor issues that could be improved. The laundry we left on the counter along with an unfilled laundry form were taken without notice, even though we hadnt requested such service. Also, the villa charged us 3 percent commission when paying by credit card for any inhouse expenses. This is no longer acceptable worldwide, and the owners must assume any commission the bank service provider charges them. Given the total amount we paid, they should be willing to give up a few dollars. Furthermore, we were not informed of such charges ahead of time, so we had no chance to prepare the sum in cash. Overall, staying at mayana villas was a great experience and one of the best parts of our trip. We would gladly return at any time. Thank you to wayan and all the staff members who made it possible.

We had a very nice villa with a nice and friendly staff. Breakfast every day was very good and they helped us with many things such as taxis from the airport to the villa. They thought of everything. Would go back in a heartbeat.

I would suggest mayana villas to anyone. The ideal tropical paradise, a lovely, tranquil boutique villa with the opulent green bali summer vibe you seek. It has a lovely balinese touch and is tastefully furnished. The service and staff are also excellent.
