Kamar cukup luas, fasilitas lengkap, view oke. Cm sayang kebersihan nya kurang. Kloset, washtafel, dan wc tidak di sikat. Smp lendir merah2. Dr yg yg cek out sebelum sepertinya, sprei dan sarunt bantal tidak di ganti.

kesulitan untuk check in, customer service dari apatel sangat tidak sopan, LATE RESPOND & SONGONG! saya nunggu lama dari jam 14.30 baru bisa masuk unit jam 17.30 pengembalian deposit seniliai 300rb sulit, sampai saat ini deposit belum dikembalikan, malah bilangnya saya melakukan cancel sepihak ke tiket.com nya. 4hari berlalu sejak cek out dari pihak apatel tidak ada yang menghubungi untuk menanyakan no rek saya untuk proses pengembalian dana deposit. saya yang harus kejar2 pihak apatel. hingga hari ini pun dana deposit belum dikembalikan. BARU KALI INI KASIH REVIEW SEJELEK INI! PARAH!
