Pengalaman pertama saya menginap di apartemen kertajaya, saya dikenakan biaya cash mobil 24 jam sebesar Rp. 50.000,-. Namun, tempat ini sangat nyaman untuk beristirahat. Kolam renangnya juga bagus. Namun, biaya parkirnya cukup mahal.

Ini adalah pemandangan luar dari lantai 12, cukup nyaman untuk standar apartemen. Hari ini kami menghadiri acara wisuda anak kami di ITS, karena sudah tidak tinggal di kos selama dua bulan terakhir, kami memutuskan untuk menyewa apartemen untuk berkumpul semalam. Alhamdulillah, ternyata nyaman. Satu keluarga lebih cocok menyewa apartemen harian dengan dua kamar tidur dan dapur dengan harga yang wajar, di bawah harga hotel. Dengan adanya dapur, kami bisa membuat minuman hangat atau makanan cepat saji. Pokoknya asik banget.

I stayed at the Yomanggu inn and unjam, the condokanji train station, the integrated Transjakarta bus, and the Soekarno Airport in 3040 minutes. I stayed at this company's apartment hotel where the room was generally nice, they provide hot water, air conditioning, clean sheets, etc. The rent is worth the cost you spend. The building is also new. The only problem I have is the parking system. I think it would be best if the property used parking system management instead of a company. I have to pay 500 idr for one time in the building, and the second time, I have to pay 600 idr in 1 minute, and you had to pay 500 idr every time you entered and exited the building, the person who stoodby at the main entrance was a security guard. It's not about how much value you spend for it, I only think it's better to use parking system management in the future.

Tempat menginap yang bagus dan cocok juga untuk tempat tinggal. Kolam renang juga tersedia untuk menghabiskan waktu liburan saat gabut. Kolam renang ini bisa digunakan untuk berenang atau sekedar nongkrong karena ada kantin juga di sini.

Apartemen Puncak Kertajaya terletak di dekat beberapa kampus seperti Hangtuah, ITS, dan lainnya. Beberapa fasilitasnya termasuk Kolam Renang yang terletak di tengah apartemen. Selain itu, terdapat area bermain anak-anak, serta ruang olahraga dalam ruangan, baik Treadmill maupun Tenis Meja. Kamar ganti berada di bagian barat, dengan kamar laki-laki dan perempuan yang bersebelahan.

Bahaya bagi pengemudi ojek online. Jika mendapatkan orderan di sini, lebih baik minta pelanggan untuk turun. Manajemen apartemen tidak benar, padahal menyediakan tempat parkir untuk pengemudi ojek online juga salah satu pelayanan.

Lokasinya nyaman dan kamarnya oke. Kami menyewa selama 1 tahun. Fasilitas gym dan kolam renangnya juga oke. Penghuninya rata-rata sangat individual. Pelayanan karywannya juga oke. Lokasinya juga strategis karena dekat dengan superindo dan hypermart serta galaxy mall.

Area di lantai 2 memiliki kolam renang dewasa dan kolam renang anak-anak. Anda juga dapat melakukan jogging keliling dan melewati kumpulan batu tanpa alas kaki untuk merangsang peredaran darah. Ada pendopo kecil di dekat kolam renang dan tempat duduk. Kantor pengelola juga terletak di lantai Suasananya cukup asri karena banyak pohon dan tanaman, tetapi juga cukup panas di siang hari.

I stayed at this serviced apartment hotel managed by Yo, the room was generally good, hot water, air conditioning, clean sheets, etc. Worth the price paid. The building of the property is also new. Close to in and unjam, Jurangmanggu, condo Kanji train station, integrated transjakarta bus, 3040 minutes from airport Soekarno atta. I had one problem with the parking system. I think it would be better if the property did corporate with one of parking system management. I have to pay 500 idr only once for one entry, the second time I have to pay 600 idr in 1 minute, every time you entered and exited the building you paid 500 idr, the guy who stood by at the main entry was a security. Its not about how much value you spend for it, I just suggest using parking system management in the future.

Apartemennya bagus dengan fasilitas kolam renangnya. Namun, ketika saya berkunjung ke sana, ada masalah dimana mobil dengan sengaja menutup pintu keluar dan masuk ke apartemen tanpa izin. Informasi yang diberikan menunjukkan bahwa pemilik mobil adalah pemilik unit yang tidak terima karena dimintai kontribusi parkir tahunan. Saya harap pengelola dapat mencari solusi agar hal ini tidak terulang kembali.
