Nginap di sini, dikasih kamar paling ujung DAN TIDAK DIBERSIHKAN, ke resepsionis TIDAK ADA ORANG, BOLAK BALIK NYARI CLEANING SERVICE GA ADA KETEMU, Sampai saya tinggal keluar makan, malamnya ada ni staffnya, pas dikomplen MALAH SEWOT "KENAPA BARU BILANG SEKARANG", pikir aja pake akal sehat, sudah tahu orang reservasi ditanggal yang dimau, MASA GA DICLEANING SAMA SEKALI. SEPREI BAU APEK!!! ADA KUTU KASUR!! TEMPAT FLUSH TOILET BERSARANG SEMUT!! LANTAINYA FULL DEBU SEMUA!!! SARAPAN PAGI GA DAPAT, PADAHAL DIJANJIKAN DIANTAR KE KAMAR, PAS DIDATANGIN DIBILANG GA ADA JATAH MAKAN, STAFFNYA CUMA NYENGIR GA ADA FEELING GUILTY SAMA SEKALI.
