Tempat ini sangat bersih dan nyaman, terutama untuk anak-anak. Terdapat 2 kamar di lantai atas, masing-masing kamar dilengkapi dengan AC. Di lantai bawah, terdapat ruang keluarga, dapur, 2 kamar mandi, dan 2 AC. Kasur yang disediakan adalah 10, kompor, microwave, dispenser, dan 10 kasur. Disediakan juga 10 kasur, kompor, microwave, dan dispenser.

Tempat yang cocok untuk liburan keluarga di Solo. Lokasinya di dalam kota dan dekat dengan banyak tempat kuliner. Hanya saja, carport hanya bisa menampung satu mobil, jika lebih dari satu kendaraan harus parkir di depan.

Tempat yang sangat bagus untuk mencari makanan. Rumahnya besar dan memiliki wifi. Kamar-kamarnya ada dua di lantai atas dan dua di lantai bawah, yang sangat luas, sehingga sangat nyaman. Yang penting adalah adanya dapur sehingga tidak merepotkan jika ingin memasak mie atau pop mie. Terlebih lagi, jika berlibur ke Soli bersama keluarga, tempat ini sangat direkomendasikan. Oh iya, di depan rumah ini ada jalan yang mengarah ke jalan. Ikuti jalan tersebut, di sebelah kanan ada rumah makan soto di pagi hari. Asli, sudah banyak yang makan soto, terutama kikilnya.
