Homestay ini terletak di lokasi yang sangat strategis, hanya 20 menit dari Malioboro, dan di sekitarnya terdapat banyak tempat makan yang enak. Tempatnya bersih, dengan 4 kamar tidur yang luas, ruang tengah yang luas, dan halaman belakang. Bagi yang membawa kendaraan pribadi, tersedia garasi internal, sehingga aman. Selain itu, tempatnya juga bersih, sejuk, meskipun cukup di tengah kota, dan sangat cocok bagi yang membawa keluarga besar.

Kamar ada 4 semua dengan ac, ada 2 kamar mandi dalam dengan watsr heater, 2 kamar mandi luar, karena pakai PAM kl dipakai bersamaan kurang kenceng buat shower. Rumah lumayan berdebu karena jarang dipakai, ada garasi dalam yg cukup 2mobil, tp atapnya pendek, jd agak ngeri kl mobilnya tinggi, lebarnya jg mepet, jd kl buka pintu agak susah keluarnya.. Halaman depan nggak terlalu luas, beda dengan gambar, hehe... Kl budget 600an masih worth sbnrnya, tp kl 800 masih ada pilihan homestay lain...
