I stayed 4 nights at this beautiful gem just outside of Ubud City Center. The accommodations are lovely and it is very quiet as the villa is backed by rice fields. The staff is exceptional! Breakfast included was cooked to order and served at your room. There are several very good eateries within walking distance. It's about 45 minutes to walk into the city center if you want to visit the palace and art market. The villa staff arranged a very nice tour for me to several UNESCO sites. I highly recommend staying here.

Highly recommend this unassuming Villa. Lots of positive features to the space. Firstly, understand that you're in Bali at a mom pop Villa, not run by corporate giants. There's so much charm and love poured out into this place. Recommend getting rooms in the upper levels as the bathrooms at the downstairs suites are pretty much outside. There are 4 staff members here that we were very fond of. Very sweet and service with a smile. Please tip them well. Brought our luggage upstairs for us. Cleaned our rooms. Cleaned the property etc. Tiny little bugs here and there, but they would spray and clean when requested (again a tropical island is bound to have insects) Breakfasts are simple and local, not a buffet style. Pick a meal, pick a drink. We enjoyed the pool and the view overlooking a rice field. Senrene and quiet. Only 8 suites in the whole Villa so it's not overcrowded. Small narrow lanes to get to the property, so large buses can't get through, but a van will be able to get to the Villa. I couldn't get used to the large pebble walkways, so if you have mobility issues, wheelchair, or need cane and walkers, this property may not be for you. Restaurants to check out nearby, ACK chicken, and cloud nine Korean fusion restaurant.

The villa is stunning, picturesque, and spotless, with excellent amenities and a delicious breakfast. The fact that a large lizard was living directly above our bed and leaving droppings every day was a disgrace. The villa was lovely, but a few of the employees, particularly the owner, were extremely aggressive, offering us taxis and activities three times we could get them ourselves. He then refused to answer our question, and we felt compelled to act without him. The experience of such a lovely villa was ruined.

Fantastic hotel, they were always very welcoming and helpful with a scooter. They also used the laundry service and had a massage in the room. Booking said shared pool, which was perfect for us.

The place is beautiful, the staff and owner are friendly and the cleanliness is good. Just a small thing, make sure the room doesnt have a gecko in it. Apart from that, i would love to come back again one day.

We will definitely be back! Beautiful villa at a reasonable price! Its serene and serene. The breakfast, which included vegan options, was excellent and served outdoors. Renting a scooter was simple, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. We also utilized the laundry service, which offered a variety of tour options. Gunggus, who is incredibly kind and friendly, organized everything flawlessly for us. Their flexibility was greatly appreciated.

Our recent stay at this familyrun villa in ubud was truly exceptional, largely due to the exceptional staff, including gung Gus. His family owns the villa, and their warm hospitality was evident in every interaction. The villa itself radiated comfort and beauty, enhanced by thoughtful touches like fresh fruit and water. The villas location in ubud was ideal for us, especially as we explored on a scooter. What set this villa apart was the impeccable service. Every member of staff, from the cleaners to the receptionist, was exceptionally kind and polite. They constantly checked in on us with a cheerful attitude. Breakfast was delicious, and gunggus personally drove us to Sanur, proving to be a friendly and engaging driver. Overall, the villa delivered a perfect stay with excellent service and friendly staff, making our visit to ubud unforgettable.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The reception staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is close to downtown ubud. The breakfast is good. We had a very nice and informative tour with the owner himself. He is a nice and humble man.

A HIDDEN GEM! I was pleasantly surprised to find this area of Ubud. I have stayed at a few places, so this is by far my favourite. It is serene and hidden, and looks onto rice fields. My room was very large and had a soaker tub. I swam each day and the pool was perfect since it is surrounded by tropical gardens, so very calming. The staff is outstanding and free breakfast delivered to your door each morning was icing on the cake. While it feels remote, it is easy to book a Grab (taxi) up the road. I didn’t love walking in the area due to the uneven sidewalks, so the driver took me to the busier parts of town, when preferred. I will definitely be back with my friends!
