Villa Use Guidelines
To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests, please observe the following:
• Parties are not permitted in the villa.
• Kindly keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM, including loud conversations, television, and other sounds.
• Smoking is permitted only outside the villa to prevent accidents and avoid burn stains inside the villa.
• Please leave the villa in the condition you found it, with dishes cleaned and waste disposed of properly.
Failure to comply may necessitate involvement of local authorities and could result in fines.

Linen Change Policy
As part of our sustainability commitment, we encourage thoughtful linen use to conserve water and energy, while upholding cleanliness and comfort as follows:
• Stays under 4 nights: Linen changes are not automatically provided but may be requested for an additional fee.
• Stays of 4 to 6 nights: One complimentary linen change is provided.
• Stays of 7 or more nights: Two complimentary linen changes, consistent with our twice-weekly schedule, are provided.
Additional linen changes may be requested through our front desk or villa coordinator, subject to availability.
Late Check-out Policy (Subject to Availability)
Check-out after 12 PM will incur fees as follows:
• After 12 PM: 25% of the nightly rate
• After 3 PM: 50% of the nightly rate
• After 7:30 PM: Full night’s charge
Late departures may impact cleaning schedules and subsequent guest arrivals. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
