Sangat mengecewakan. Order kamar non smoking, dikasih kamar yg isi dan aromanya full rokok. Laci ada abu rokok, ada bekas kaleng asbak, bau rokoknya jg menyengat bgt. Pas dikomplain, jawabannya seperti itu. Trus jg penjaganya ngotot kl ga ad yg ngrokok di kamar itu. Padahal terindikasi sblm sy datang, orangnya barusan ngrokok di kamar. Kelihatan dr gelagatnya yg nglarang sy masuk kamar dl, sepertinya lg beres2 bekas rokoknya. Sangat mengecewakan. Kondisi kamar jg sangat tidak layak. Banyak apartemen dg harga yg sama dg kualitas kamar dan pelayanan yang jauh lebih baik. Mana apartemen jg horor bgt. Jauh dr jalan raya dan lokasinya terpencil di tengah pekarangan. Seperti bangunan yg tidak terurus. Jangan pernah kepikiran nginap di sini deh pokoknya. Dijamin menyesal.Popular Facilities
