Sumpah ini hotel dengan pelayanan terburuk, setiap bawa anak harus kena charge, pdhl saya pesan 4 kamar dgn rata2 anak di bawah 10 tahun. Kita mau nambah bayar, tp pihak hotel ga mau kasih extra bed, setelah diskusi akhirnya managernya kasih solusi utk refund, tetapi itu hanya omongan saja sampai saat ini biaya refund kita tidak di ganti bahkan chat saya tidak di respon sama sekali. Baru kali ini saya ketemu dgn penginapan dgn pelayanan buruk dan berbohong dengan pelanggan. Tidak rekomendasi sekali, tidak bertanggung jawab.Popular Facilities
