1. Awal booked lewat tiket.com dg keterangan deposit hanya 130k . Tapi ternyata disuru hubungi travelio & ternyata deposit 300K bukan 130k. 2. Oklah byar depo 300k . Kebetulan krna ada konser pas hari H , jadi sudah ada schedule check in jam 23.00 . Tapi trnyta org travelio ngaret kurleb stgh jam lebih dg alibi byk yg checkin jam segitu. 3. Di anter sampe unit, tapi pas mau masuk, trnyta baru di beresin t4nya . Dan masih ada sampahnya . Pikiran saat itu yaudahlah ya ,ud mlm juga pgen istirahat . 4. Pas serah terima kunci, pgen rebahan di kasur ,trnyta selimut kotor ada bercak gitu . Komplain de sama travelio . Blgnya mau di ganti bsok hari (a.k.a hari k2 nginep) minta d jadwalin jam 7mlm . Tapi trnyata di tungguin , ga dtang" 5. Hari k2 nginep, tbtb unit mati lampu bau kabel kebakar . Komplain lah sama travelio & disuru nyari management aprt / security . Ini nyarinya aja lama bgt. Ada x 3kali naik turun cuma buat minta di cek. Nunggu hampir 1jm cuma buat engineer liat unit. ( uda malah cari bantuan ke tetangga sebelah , ga di tolong ) 6. Hari ke 1 pas check in , lupa tnya roomboy untuk wifi & akhirnya nnya travelio by chat wa . Blg nya ga nangkep sinyal. Tapi pas hari k2 , pas mati lampu & nyala lg . Trnyta ada sinyal wifi , tnya lgi lah sama travelio knp pass wifinya sallah . Tp ujung" di blg kuota hariannya abis . Lah, yg ngabisin siapa ?? Jelas" hari k1 aja sinyal ga nangkep. Dengan kekeh blg, saya yg pakai. Logika ga jalan ini CS nya . OH, DAN LEBIH GONG NYA, BISA"NYA CUSTOMER COMPLAIN BY APLIKASI DI LOCK SAMA PIHAK TRAVELIO NYA . BARU KALI INI DAPET APLIKASI SE BOBROK ITU 7. Awal mau check out jam 12 siang, tapi krna kesel sama CS nya, akhir check in early Jam 8kurang. Semua ud d videoin sampe taro kuncinya dimana . Ud info pihak travelionya , CS sudah ok & d koordinasiin ke roomboy nya. EH trnyta pas jm 12an roomboynya masih nnya ke saya , ada taro dimana itu kuncinya . Ini CS & ROOMBOY gaada komunikasi sama sekali . FYI, kita ga dikasi untuk hubungi roomboynya sendiri . Jadi apa" pakai chat by travelio. 1st bad experience with travelio. Gak banget dipakai. ( semua ada bukti chatnya ) ga ngadi" ini Mending tiket.com gausa kerjasama dg travelio. Oh ya, ini untuk kamar mandinya, bau . Mungkin bau dr pipa apartment . Dah de , cukup.Popular Facilities
