Apartemen ini merupakan yang terbagus di pusat kota Surabaya menurut saya. Fasilitasnya lengkap, pemandangannya juga bagus, lokasinya strategis dan dekat dengan berbagai tempat. Namun, lahan parkirnya agak sempit, tetapi pemiliknya memiliki lahan parkir yang sangat luas.

Fasilitas terbatas pada kebutuhan pokok. Namun, tata letak stop kontak dan furnitur sangat buruk. Hanya ada satu stop kontak kosong di kamar tidur. Meja atau lemari pakaian bisa diletakkan di samping stop kontak kosong di ruang tamu agar Anda tidak perlu meletakkan perangkat elektronik di lantai untuk mengisi daya. Tapi itu hanya komentar yang membangun.

A very nice and clean apartment. Located in the center of surabaya. A perfect place to stay when traveling with family. Their facilities include an outdoor pool, childrens play area and their rooftop cafe with the best city view.
