There is no hot shower, the bathtub is mouldy, and the taps are broken. It would be perfect if not for these problems. Have a private pool and spacious.

I would rate this villa a 3.5. From may to july 2022, i stayed in the villa. Its in a prime location. I didnt need a bike at all, i was walking. Finns club, kids club, lots of restaurants, and shops. I just loved it! The complex manager is extremely attentive and makes an effort to resolve issues. He is also available around the clock. The bathroom is open or partially open. The bed linens are filthy, gray, stinky, and ripped. The toilet downstairs had a leaking water leak, making it extremely humid, hot, and unpleasant to be in. The way the air conditioner was installed was very noisy and had no drawer or hangers. It was quite uncomfortable. There was no socket extension cord. There was only one standby socket. The furniture was filthy and smelly. Overall, i was unsure of the cleaning, maybe its just me who enjoys it so thoroughly. They would use one piece of clothing for all villas to wipe, one mop for each villa, and brush for toilets i bought my own. Even after cleaning, my family decided not to prolong our stay, but despite all the drawbacks, our friends loved it.

I resided at the royal villa for 13 months. Overall, a beautiful and wellkept villa. A large closet space is a plus for me. The nicest aspect, though, is that they have the best staff ive ever encountered, they are extremely kind and accommodating. We felt extremely secure because there is always someone present around for 24 hours. They are always willing to assist and resolve any issues with the villa right away, even for other issues that are not related to the villa. Many thanks to pak wayan and the team for taking such good care of us this long. Its sad to leave, but it is time for us to begin a new chapter.

The villas are stunning. The layout is unique, featuring private pools. The location was initially challenging to locate, but the staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to assist in every way they can. The breakfast delivery was a bit slow, but overall, it was satisfactory.

Hotelnya bagus, tetapi manajer operasional dan manajer pemasaran tidak memiliki kepastian, sehingga acara hampir dibatalkan padahal sudah melakukan pemesanan. Untungnya ada Bapak Yoga yang membantu. Terima kasih atas pelayanannya.

We stayed at royal villas for 4 months, 2 months at the time of booking. One of the main advantages is the location, which is perfect! Clothes for everything you need, but very quiet and peaceful. The next plus is definitely the stuff! Mr. Wayan and his team are really the best! So friendly, so helpful, you can always ask anything you need. We really love this place and bali, the place of happiness. Hope to come back soon.

The place is quiet and far from the busy area. Starbucks and convenience store are 5 minutes walk away. Great place for a weekend escape for friends and family trips.

Di mana saya harus memulai? Kami menghabiskan 2 minggu di Bali di 6 akomodasi berbeda dan sejauh ini yang paling mahal dan terburuk. Kami sangat menantikan vila pribadi yang indah dan sangat kecewa. Vilanya tidak tua, tapi sudah kumuh. Setiap keran bergetar, cermin rusak, dll. Anda juga harus segera menyewa pembersih baru. Ada noda air dan minyak di dapur. Noda besar di sprei dan semua handuk. Handuk tidak diganti dan tidak mendapatkan yang baru. Sarang laba-laba juga ada di mana-mana dan berbau busuk. Tidak ada matahari yang masuk ke kolam, sangat dingin. Selain itu, lokasi villa cukup jauh dari "pusat" dan sulit ditemukan. Sarapannya oke, meskipun datang 20 menit lebih awal dari yang dipesan. Poin plus lainnya adalah ukuran vila, Anda tidak bisa mengeluh tentang hal itu. Pada akhirnya kami mendapat uang kertas 36 juta (2300 EU). Sayangnya, ketika kami bertanya kepada resepsionis tentang apa itu, dia tidak dapat membantu kami karena hampir tidak ada orang yang berbicara bahasa Inggris di sini. I have been staying at this villa for the past three months, and im hoping to stay much longer. After my lease is over, i hope to be able to extend my stay. I dont think i will easily find a place this nice with such a cozy atmosphere. The most important thing for me is how accommodating the staff is. I always feel safe, and when something needs to be done, it doesnt bother me to ask. The location is on a private drive, so there is never a bike noise, dogs barking, or roosters nearby. I feel very fortunate to have found this place.

Villanya luas, kolamnya lumayan besar, suasananya tenang dan nyaman. Peralatan di villa cukup lengkap, mulai dari brankas, meja setrika, microwave, kulkas 2 pintu, dispenser, pemanggang roti, dan brankas. Namun, ada beberapa kerusakan kecil, misalnya pintu kaca di ruang tamu tidak bisa menutup rapat, dan aliran di kloset tidak menyala. Namun, hal ini masih bisa dimaklumi. Pelayanannya cukup ramah, dengan harga dan kualitas villa yang sebanding dengan uang yang dikeluarkan.

Villanya nyaman, tersedia air mancur minum, kamar mandi semi-outdoor yang menyenangkan, dekat dengan semua restoran, toko, dan tempat menarik. Namun, ada beberapa kekurangan: pintu mudah macet, tertutup rapat atau tidak ditutup sama sekali, begitu pula pintu depan vila yang dapat menimbulkan rasa tidak aman, wifi tidak berfungsi dengan baik, brankas tidak berfungsi, peralatan dapur dan seluruh vila terlihat usang dan agak rusak, salah satu lampu tidak berfungsi, dan yang terpenting, kolam renang hanya di bawah sinar matahari sekitar 2 jam sehari dan airnya sangat dingin, perlu dipertimbangkan untuk berinvestasi dalam sistem pemanas kolam karena hanya dapat digunakan selama 2 jam per hari, selain itu, perlu keberanian yang besar untuk berenang karena airnya sedingin es dan angin. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan tetapi dengan banyak hal yang perlu ditingkatkan, saya akan memilih hotel lain jika saya kembali ke Bali.
