Cleaning and Linen Change:
>Villa cleaning is provided daily, except on Sundays.
>Bed linen is changed every 4 days or upon request.
>Towels are changed every 2 days or upon request.
If you require additional cleaning or linen changes outside the regular schedule, just let us know — we’ll be happy to assist.
Parties and Events:
>Parties are strictly not allowed.
>Small gatherings (such as birthday or anniversary celebrations) are allowed only with prior approval and must end by 10:00 PM.
We kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours and avoid disturbing neighbors.
Pets:
>Staying with pets is only allowed upon prior request.
>Approval is required in advance.
Please let us know in advance so we can confirm availability.
Smoking:
>Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas — such as the terrace, poolside, or designated smoking zones.
>Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited.

Nyepi Religious Day: Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) day each year. The Nyepi (Silent) Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island.
