I adored everything about this hostel! Situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood in the heart of ubud, it is close to the main street. The bathrooms were immaculate, the beds were cozy, and the rooms were roomy. In this hot weather, having shabby swimming pool and delicious breakfast options was incredibly helpful! The pool is so impressive that it is worthy of a boutique hotel, let alone if one is merely accomodating sytaya hostel. There are so many places to unwind, besides the fantastic openair yoga studio, there are also so much places for relaxation. They clearly put in incredibly hard work to keep the place spotless and pestfree. A nice little escape from the city while still being close to it. The hostel staff is very friendly and willing to help you discover the surrounding area. Breakfast is included in the night price and is really nice. This hostel is highly recommended! I adore this hostel. The location is excellent, its conveniently close to everything without being noisy! Very tidy, nice dorm, and the staff are all very kind and cheerful. Lina, the owner, is also incredibly kindandhelpful. You feel at home. Also fantastic is the breakfast. A very nice hostel, with a great location just stepping away from the center of ubud. The most friendly and helpful staff i have ever met. Breakfast was very good, we were allowed to choose from varying breakfast options. Scooter rental and money changer are in front of the hostel. Ubud rice field is such a beautiful and comfortable stay that it is impossible not to give 5 stars, despite i will describe some cons below. I would love the chance to stay again. Pros - great value, amazing free breakfast, fast wifi, beautiful pool and one of the most scenic places to relax in ubud. The setting alone, with the sunsets over the pools, is, in my opinion, reason enough to remain. Citra is incredibly gracious and the rest of staff is lovely. Cons : Despite the negatives, the bathrooms left me feeling tattered. They are large, but the water pressure is not the best, and hot water can be scarce at times. However, you should stay in an resort if water quality is your top priority, not merely reserving $12 hostel. Overall, this hostel has more positive aspects than this one small drawback he has so far.4.6/517 Jul 2023

Not suitable for those who want to party or are unable to handle frogs at night. However, i saw fireflies last night and it was the best breakfast ive ever had. They clean it every day and its only a 10minute walk from this peaceful oasis to the city center. The pool with sunset, breakfast with sunrise, yoga ubud house on one side and an amazing cheap restaurant on the other.4.4/528 Aug 2024

The location is a bit far from the center of ubud, but thats why it is quiet, quiet and serene. Comfortable beds, hot and cold showers, indoor slippers and there is an area for your bagpacks or luggage. You can have breakfast watching the sunrise in the middle of rice fields and banana plantations. Free breakfast and dinner are free for guests every friday. The staff are helpful and kind, seriously they are the best! I will definitely come back here once i visit uganda again. Thank you for the two wonderful nights.4.4/520 Jun 2024

Beautiful, tranquil location near the city center. I loved playing with their adorable kittens and cats. The ladies who work there, sri and citra, are lovely and very friendly. They can assist with anything and can also recommend guides or trips for you. What i didnt like was that the door between the dorm and the toilet was broken so every time someone tried to close it made a noise until everyone realized it was damaged and didn't try to shut it. Also from this reason the sewage smell from the shower drain came into the room at night and felt unfriendly. Still 5 stars because the place is very clean and feels good because two huts are made of wood and are surrounded by rice fields and banana attempts. But it would be amazing if they could fix that door.4.4/519 Mar 2023

The best hostel ive ever been to! It is actually a bungalow with bunk beds, sanitizing pool, and convenient location ubud center can be reached on foot. What i particularly liked was the fact that you kept your belongings in tucked away from the mattresses, all within one bungalow but separated by stairway, giving you more room and not making noise while searching for things. One room had its own bathroom, which was immaculate. They clean the room several times yearly. Breakfast was fantastic (with dozens of eggs, pancakes, smoothie bowls available, everything tastes great), and there is always free water accessible. We were given incredibly delicious food one night when they prepared us reserving dinner! Many thanks once again to everyone involved and continue to do great work!.4.4/51 Feb 2023
