The location is far from the market. The staff is helpful and constantly checks on you for any needs via whatsapp msg. The atmosphere is peaceful without any outside noise. The room is small. The staff is also very helpful and helpful. There is no restaurant near the hotel. We checked in late at night and were hungry but couldnt find a food option.

We are wrapping up our stay at unagimas villas and wish we could have stayed longer! Its such a lovely new villa in the quieter part of ubud, yet only a short drive will get you to the city center. Its ideal for travelers looking for a more local and quieter atmosphere, along with luxury and convenience of nearby restaurants. The butler team here has been fantastic, especially Vopi, who has a lovely smile. From booking to checkout, they were very kind, helpful, and responsive, and they are always ready to answer questions. Communication was excellent and so easy via tweebly. Highly recommended!.

We had an amazing time at unagi mas villas. We were welcomed with warmth and hospitality right away as soon as we arrived, making us feel right at home. The villa itself exceeded all of our expectations, it is brand new, exquisitely designed, and exudes elegance with its pristine wood accents and luxurious touches. We had originally reserved for one night, but we loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay for another day. Our stay was made even more enjoyable by these thoughtful details. A special thanks to putu, the host, who made our checkin process smooth and even recommended some delectable local restaurants. The pool at the villa was a highlight, it heats up at night, making it ideal for a relaxing swim even in the rain. We appreciate the quick checkout process and the entire team, which i cant name, but we are all grateful. Unagi Mas villas is highly recommended by us. If we return to bali, we will definitely book here again or try any other unagi properties. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We will cherish the memories of our stay for a long time!.

The location is on the outskirts of ubud. The 2 bed is very nice with a private pool. The owner of this place is very attentive and very helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Hope to visit again. Thank you again for your great hospitality.

The location is beautiful, even better than the pictures that look too good to be true, but they are! The staff are the kindest most respectful staff you can ever find in the world and everything about the area and place is perfect. Drop everything and book this place and then thank you later!
