Rumah tidak terawat dengan baik karena banyak yg sudah usang dan rusak. Ubin banyak yg terkelupas dan pecah2, wallpaper banyak yg sudah sobek dan ada bagian pegangan tangga yg hampir copot. ayunan di rooftop kain dudukannya seperti sudah lapuk jadi takut untuk menggunakannya. ada ayunan rotan jg banyak anyaman2nya yg sudah lepas. Pintu kamar bawah tidak bisa dibuka dari dalam, AC nya tidak terlalu dingin. di kamar mandi ada bak mandi tp tidak disediakan gayung. tentang kebersihan overall oke tapi agak berbau kurang sedap di area tempat tidur atas dan bawah. pada hari terakhir saya menginap, dari WC jg tercium bau kurang sedap. villa ini tidak recommended. sayang sekali padahal tempatnya cukup estetik tapi tidak terawat dengan baik.
