We stayed in the septic 2019 for 7 nights with 6 adults and 7 children in villa 1. The staff were fantastic. Everything was simple and the house and garden were kept in immaculate condition. Nothing was too much trouble even helping us solve a credit card left accidentally at a beach club 1. 5 on the final day of our stay! Our food was cooked and served in-house and never disappointed. The pool and garden space is stunning and was a great space to hang with the kids who lived in the pool for most of our stay. We had a yoga teacher come to the villa all easy arranged but the staff and had no trouble getting taxis and transport organized whenever we needed. Absolutely perfect location for a large relaxing group holiday. Main drawback was the villa's location. There isn't much to walk to shops and restaurants, and access to the beach which is not very nice is via the current abandoned La Laguna nightclub over some slightly precarious pathways. But with lots of little kids in tow, we weren't up for much walking in the warm weather anyway.

The villa is a dream come true, and the hosts and staff are utterly delightful. Menu app provided free food and drinks to be delivered to any of the fantastic areas of the property. The bed was pristine and clean, with 4 amazing bathrooms. There are many lovely details. A massage down by the river Heaven is the only thing you must do. Four friends enjoyed this most amazing place more than words can express. I appreciate it.

What a fantastic location! Totally private and serene. The entire villa was incredibly superb. Every day, a chef prepared our three meals, and the cuisine was excellent. Nothing was a problem, and the staff was very kind and helpful. We had the entire complex to ourselves, with a total of 14 adults, and there was plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy the peace and quiet by ourselves. Everything was immaculately clean, and the grounds were magnificent. Without a doubt, we'll return!.

Avalon has to be Bali's best kept secret. We spent 5 nights in the main villa and cannot say enough good things about it. The rooms are spacious, and every detail is manicured and prepared for our stay. In short, Avalon is, in short, of four seasons quality with better service. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us as special guests and made us feel at home throughout our visit. Avalon is right on the beach, with restaurants, surfing, shopping, and other services just a short distance away. The driver was on standby all the time, ready to deliver us or, if it were the case, bring us what we wanted! By the time we checked out, he was knowledgeable, courteous, and a friend! Thank you to Andy, Wean, Deny, and everyone at Avalon for a wonderful Bali experience!.

The villas are truly amazing. The location and staff take you to a luxury area. The villas are so well equipped, tranquil, and relaxing. Nothing is too much difficulty for the staff. They go out of their way on their bikes to help you. The comments book is glowing, the prices are very reasonable, the beech is a walk away what more could you want. They prepare and serve whatever you like if you want to go out in the evening I suggest a taxi but they are cheap.
