- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?-A: We have dedicated staff to help with the check in process. Our standard check-in time is at 3:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready. As our staff does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be an additional late-check in fee applied at IDR 200k after 8:00 PM as compensation for the staff overtime.

The space
Located in Pejeng Kawan village, known for its lush jungles and natural beauty, famed terraced rice terraces, village communities, sustainable living and hospitality. You will enjoy the different relaxing spots surrounding the infinity pool, the large living room, sofas, sunbeds or the terrace with exotic natural scenery in sight

As this villa is new and located on a remote location with a valley view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. However, the road is atill accesible by car only there are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.

As nature is integral to the villa, you may hear peaceful noises from the insects who inhabit the valley during the night. This is the charm of living close to nature in Ubud.
