Tempatnya strategis, bersih, akses one gate sistem jadi aman, dekat dengan mushola dan masjid. Kalo malam city view nya dapet banget. Ada roof top nya dilantai tiga yang behhh cakep banget pemandangannya. Owner dan penjaga villa responnya cepat. InsyaaAllah sangat rekomendasi banget apalagi masih disediakan ekstra bed 2 buah. Dispenser dengan 3 pilihan suhu, Smart TV di tiap kamar. InsyaaAllah bakal jadi pilihan kalo ke Batu lagi. Tingkatkan terus fasilitas dan servisnya ya. Sukses dan berkah selalu. Oia disediakan juga Al Qur'an, sarung serta sajadah di kamarnya

Plus (+) = respon owner oke,,,lokasi strategis,dekat lippo mall,dket pasar batu (pagi2 jln2 kpasar),,,,sbelah Perum ada masjid kurleb 50m,,,,deket warung kecil buat blnja kbutuhan shari2,,,,2 lantai.ada rooftop,,,,,view bagus (cuma ada tiang listrik yg mnghalangi pmandangan),,,,alat dapur lengkap kompor,panci dll,,,4 KT,3KM semua ada water heater dn brfungsi dgn baik,,,ada 2 ekstra bed,,,kulkas,dispenser,,,2 smart TV.,,,inframe alat barbecue sy bawa sndiri y Minus (-) = lantai rumah berdebu bangeeett nggett ppoooolllll,spti lama gk d tempati..terutama yg lt 2 ampuuunn deehh,smpk kaki hitam dbuat jln.jadiny qt sapu2 dlu bgitu nyampek,sbelum rebahan 😒😒,,,gk ada yutub.otomatis gk ada karaokean,jd krik krik kgiatan d villa,,,,wifi gk nyampek atas.anggota klrga ada yg gk nyangkut wifi ny d hp.pas dbawah pun kdang jg g konek
