Area parkir aman. Villa luas. Pemandangan bagus. Kebersihan kurang. Fasilitas alat masak kurang seperti tidak ada cobek untuk membuat sambal, tidak ada blender, kompor gas 2 tungku tp yg hidup hanya 1 tungku saja dan itupun sangat keras saat diputar tidak mau langsung menyala. Minimal disediakan handuk 1 kamar 1 jika ada anggota keluarga 1/2 orang lupa bawa handuk. Tv tidak menyala. Radio juga tidak menyala. Beberapa perabot di villa seperti kurang terawat.
