Pas sampai lokasi ada tulisan villa dijual, alhasil tidak jadi menginap disana. Karena rumah kosong. Mau refund langsung ditiket. Comnya tpi tidak bisa. Ticket. Com tolong lebih disurvey lagi tempat yg diiklankan apalagi dengan metode yg tidak bisa refund. Ini merugikan customer banget. Mau liburan malah. Bencana. Mau refund diover sana sini.
