Hotel ini memiliki lokasi yang sangat bagus, dan juga terdapat fasilitas kolam renang sehingga saya dapat menikmati pemandangan yang indah. Namun pelayanan stafnya cukup lambat, karena kondisi kamar penuh dengan hanya 3 karyawan saja. Saya merasa tidak nyaman menginap disini, hal itu dikarenakan saya menginap di kamar yang sudah direnovasi di bagian depan. Harga yang mereka tawarkan cukup terjangkau. Kekurangan dari hotel ini adalah pelayanannya yang lama.

Kami sangat kecewa dan menyesal menginap di hotel ini. Kamar tidurnya kotor, berdebu, banyak kecoak dan tikus di kamar mandi dan bau banget. Bagaimana mungkin kamar seperti ini bisa dijual dengan harga 700 ribu rupiah? Sangat berbeda dengan Hotel Java Cove, beda banget! Bagi yang ingin berlibur ke Batubara, jika Hotel Java Coffee penuh sebaiknya kamu tidak menginap di teratai hotel ini. Masih banyak hotel dan penginapan lain yang jauh hrdnya bersih dan layak huni daripada teratai ini.
