This private villa blends modern design with tropical comfort, offering three stylish bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom features a sleek bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, while the other two bedrooms each feature bathrooms with both a walk-in shower and a bathtub, perfect for a refreshing rinse or a long soak at the end of the day. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, wardrobes, and Smart TVs.

At the heart of the villa lies the open-plan living area. A sunken lounge with a built-in sofa and a 54-inch Smart TV makes movie nights unforgettable. Expansive floor-to-ceiling glass doors can be fully opened, transforming the space into a breezy semi-outdoor lounge where tropical winds flow freely. The dining table for six is perfectly placed between the lounge and the fully equipped kitchen, which boasts a full-sized refrigerator, water dispenser, 3-burner stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. With dual air-conditioning and ceiling fans, the entire space is always cool and inviting.
