- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?-A: We have dedicated staff to help with the check in process. Our standard check-in time is at 3:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready. As our staff does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be an additional late-check in fee applied at IDR 200k after 8:00 PM as compensation for the staff overtime.

The space
The fully equipped kitchen is located indoors and offers all you need to prepare your favourite dishes and drinks. Large sliding glass doors can be opened if you feel like a nice breeze and ceiling fans are offering a little breeze as well. The indoor dining table offers enough space for all your guests and is ready to host you for a social dinner. Breakfast can also be prepared by our staff, please talk to the villa host on site for the choice of food and a quotation. A private chef for lunch and dinner preparation can also be arranged. Please give at least 1 days notice.
A large and comfy lounge area is located just next to the kitchen and offers amazing views over the pool area and the lush nature around the villa. Close the floor-to-ceiling glass doors or leave them open to enjoy nature's sounds and breeze.
Located just outside by the pool, you will find another dining area. Choose every day between indoor or outdoor dining or to just come together with everyone to enjoy some time.
The spacious pool is on the edge to nature for a refreshing dip with breathtaking views around. Modern and comfy sun loungers around the pool invite you to read a book, listen to some music, lay in the shade or tan in the sun. Do whatever you feel like during your holiday and enjoy the perfect setting of this spacious villa!
Our staff will come daily to clean the property, please talk to our villa host on site to request a time if you wish more privacy. The villa host will also assist you with all other requests or questions that might arise. He can arrange car/scooter rental, taxis, day trips, massages, restaurant reservations, laundry and more.
Parking for 1 car is located just in front of the villa.

Please note as we don't own the rice fields in front of the villa, you may experience some farmers passing in front. As they are working on their land, this is just natural and we can't do anything against it. Take it as an opportunity to see more of the locals life!
Kindly note that rice fields surrounding the property are the main food resources for locals living in the area. This means they may be harvested at different times of the year. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope.
Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.
Because the property is located in a relatively remote area, flow of electricity is not as reliable as in cities. Therefore, power cuts from the main provider may be expected from time to time. Kindly note that these are completely out of the host's scope. No generator is available on site.
