To ensure a comfortable and safe stay, please take a moment to read these guidelines carefully.
-CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Check-in is from 3.00 p.m. and check-out by 11.00 a.m. Please respect these times to allow proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon approval and may incur a fee.
-ENVIRONMENT AND SUSTAINABILITY: Help us care for Bali’s environment by turning off air conditioning, lights, and appliances when not in use. To reuse towels, hang them up; to request new ones, place them on the floor. Your cooperation is appreciated.
-RESPONSIBILITY, DAMAGE AND LIABILITY: Guests are responsible for their conduct and any damage caused during their stay. Any damaged item must be repaired or replaced, and payment will be requested accordingly. Pertama Management is not liable for injuries or illnesses occurring on the premises.
-SAFETY AND SECURITY: Please lock all doors and windows before leaving. Use the safety boxes provided for valuables. Due to the open Balinese design, do not leave belongings unattended.
-MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The property accommodates the number of guests stated on the listing. Additional guests require prior approval and may incur extra fees or cancellation.
-RESPECTING THE STAFF: Our team works hard to ensure your comfort. Please treat them with respect and help keep the property tidy. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
-POOL AND OUTDOOR AREAS: The pool and outdoor spaces are for guest use only. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
-CHILDREN: Parents or guardians are fully responsible for supervising children during their stay.
-NOISE AND DISTURBANCE: Be considerate of neighbours and avoid loud music or activities, especially after 10.00 p.m.
-GUESTS AND GATHERINGS: The property is intended for peaceful enjoyment. Parties or large gatherings require prior written approval. Disturbances or misconduct may lead to eviction without refund.
-BED LINEN AND TOWELS: Linen and towels are changed before check-in and every three days. More frequent changes are available only upon request.
-WATER FOUNTAIN: Tap water in Bali is not suitable for drinking. Please use the provided dispenser or water fountain.
-FOOD AND WASTE: Avoid leaving leftover food in rooms, the fridge, or microwave, as this may attract insects. Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins.
-SMOKING AND VAPING: Allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Please use the ashtrays provided and avoid discarding cigarette butts outdoors.
-PETS: Pets are not permitted without prior approval. Violations may result in fees or cancellation.
-PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES: The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of payment.
-PROHIBITED FRUIT: Due to its strong odour, durian fruit is not allowed for storage or consumption on the premises.
-LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS: All guests must comply with local laws and regulations. Any suspicious or unlawful activity will be reported to the authorities.
ADHERENCE TO RULES: BY BOOKING THIS PROPERTY, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND.
