We stayed in this typical Indonesian house two years ago and the staff and equipment are already great after busy or active days in this town. This house has a new fridge and all facilities to cook for you, two large bedrooms with pool views and an open living room. Mayan is a good breakfast cooker.

It has a vintage and uninspired vibe to it. The wood floor around the pool is very old, and some of the planks have nails sticking out. Despite the fact that we only stayed three nights there, we had to request the host to fix the air conditioning in one of the rooms and the refrigerator with a malfunctioning freezer. The employees did their best, but the fridge issue remained unsolved. Also, the villa is exceptionally small and poorly conceived. Because of the three solid walls, the villa does not have any air flow, so even when you turn on all the fans, the patio is extremely hot at night. The only substantial plus of this villa is the proximity to the seminar scene. However, New Years Eve also means loud music and firecrackers until am! The villa manager did not respond to our complaints during or after our stay. However, it must be noted that the villa staff did everything in their power to repair anything. In conclusion, there are numerous better options at seminar.

This is a great place to stay in seminyak. Large twobedroom villa with a private pool. Both rooms are clean and air conditioned. The kitchen has a gas cooking stove, fridge, microwave and everything you need to cook. Great place for family and friends. Situated in the middle of seminyak with revolver cafe right outside the door. The caretakers are great help and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay.

I stayed here for 5 nights with my family in January 1718. We spent most of the day exploring Bali, so we used the villa to relax in the evenings, have breakfast, and sleep. Although the villa is getting a bit old, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. Pros The best location, within a few meters of seminar's main streets. There is a bit of noise from nearby clubs, but the rooms are fairly quiet. Yang maid is friendly and helpful. The manager made sure everything was fine. WiFi worked well in all areas, with covered parking. Cool design and a villapool layout. They added an extra bed for 300 k in. Cons The alleyway that goes to the villa needs more light. Shower pressure is ok but overcharging. Facilities are getting old, and they could do with renovation.

Not worth the money, not clean at all, bed sheets not clean pillows OMG do not look at it, smells in the rooms, no windows in the bathrooms, very noisy from 10pm until 4am. Cats walking on rooftops all night. Worst experience ever . Added some pics
