- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?-A: We have dedicated staff to help with the check in process. Our standard check-in time is at 3:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready. As our staff does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be an additional late-check in fee applied at IDR 200k after 8:00 PM as compensation for the staff overtime.

Modern architecture, classic interior design with traditional details and a breathtaking nature view is making this Villa in Ubud the perfect holiday home for you and your family/friends.
The space
All 5 bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms, A/C, TV, safety boxes and stunning views through large sliding glass doors. Designed for your comfort and to offer you a private room to calm down and relax, these rooms are all you need.
The enclosed living area offers a view over the property and ceiling fans for a pleasing breeze on hot days. The large sliding glass doors can be opened at any time to let some fresh air and nature sounds in. The living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island, a large dining table and a comfortable couch area. Come together here to dine, relax, cook and just enjoy your time. Villa host can also arrange fresh breakfast and a private chef for lunch/dinner at the villa. Please request prices and options at least 1 day in advance.
An outdoor lounge area is situated just in front of the living area, with comfortable lounge furniture and beautiful views. Sun loungers and a pool cabana on the edge of nature offer stunning hang-out spots during day and night where you can just lay back, read, sleep and enjoy your time in your private Bali villa.
The spacious infinity pool is the heart of this Ubud villa, a refreshing place with jungle views to spend your days.
Our staff will come daily to clean the villa and our villa host will assist you with all questions and requests that might arise during your stay. He can help you arrange car/scooter rental, taxis, day trips, laundry service, private chefs and more. Please don’t hesitate to contact him.
A private car park is situated in front of the villa and will fit scooters and a medium sized car.

As Villa Yuka is a brand-new villa located in a jungle area, the road access can sometimes be a little tricky to navigate. The road leading to the villa is narrow, and there are no lampposts on the road heading to the villa, so it can get dark at night.
If you are coming by car, please consider renting a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. We recommend you contact our onsite team for any questions regarding
directions to the villa.
VILLA WITH JUNGLE VIEW
You might hear noises which come from the insects and geckos who inhabit the jungle long before we began the villa construction.
Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.
Kindly note that jungle and lands surrounding the property are not our property. This means locals can pass by or freely use their lands any way they want. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope or for the presence of other human beings in the surroundings.
Other things to note
Please note that there is currently some construction taking place on a plot nearby Villa Yuka. As such, there may be some noise from the construction site at certain parts of the day. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
*This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there's no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze.
**We are taking extra steps to ensure the safety of our guest during your stay, the villa is thoroughly cleaned following the AirBnb cleaning procedure to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Hand sanitizer is present during your stay, our staff will be wearing mask at all time.**
