Great stay for a solo trip, it's a room where a student would normally stay so all the day to day facilities are available. Security 24/7, and a cafe on site that's makes delicious scones is a bonus.

LIV is a step above other student accommodation providers who open their rooms to tourists over the summer. My room was clean and comfortable. The check-in was smooth and easy and I had access to the common lounge are in the building. It was also good value for money.

Dans l’ensemble c’est acceptable. Idéal peut ceux qui ont besoin seulement d’un lit et prévois être principalement à l’extérieur

Stayed from Aug 15 to 22, but I left partway through. The property guide talks a lot about security, but upon arrival at the building, the two people who handle check-ins were absent, but a complete list of names of people checking in that day on a table in a public area. Also, they did not check the ID of people checking in, even though emails stressed how seriously they take security. The communication sounds professional, but don't be fooled. This place is run by clowns. The room was covered in a layer of dust and smelled horrible. As you can see in the photos, the mattress was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom garbage had not been emptied from the previous guest. I do not have long, dark hair, but within minutes of being in the room my socks were covered in long, dark hair. I don't think the room had been vacuumed. In fact, I don't think the floors anywhere in the building have been cleaned in ages. In the laundry room, only one of washers and one of the dryers actually worked. The kitchen was filthy. Dirty dishes everywhere, including in the cupboards. The fridge was full of rotting food. I saw the cleaner one morning, but all this person did was quickly wipe down the table and one of the countertops and empty the garbage. No attempt was made to do the dishes, clean the sink, or make the fridge usable. I get that people are supposed to do their own dishes in accommodation like this, but there has to be process when this doesn't happen. Complaints went unanswered.

I had bad luck. As soon as I arrived at my accommodation in the morning, I left my suitcase in the hostel hall because the course I had to attend was about to start, and I couldn’t check in until 4:00 PM. My course started at 2:00 PM and lasted until 7:30 PM, and supposedly I was allowed to check in until 10:00 PM. While getting ready to return to the hostel, I accidentally forgot a case full of materials in the hall, and it never showed up. Obviously, I can’t hold the hostel responsible for that, as it was my own fault. However, I can hold the hostel responsible for the way they treated me afterwards. When I arrived at 9:30 PM after the course, the security guard even scolded me for not having a key card to enter the hostel (which makes sense—I hadn’t checked in yet), but he treated me very poorly. When I tried to ask if anyone had found my personal belongings, he started yelling at me, saying he was security and that I shouldn’t talk to him about those matters. When I arrived in my room, the bedsheet had black specks, which made me feel the room was unhygienic. I tried to inform the security guard again, but he yelled at me once more. I had to buy insecticide from a supermarket, clean and spray the bed and wardrobe myself, and sleep in my emergency sleeping bag liner. It was a very unpleasant experience. Despite receiving messages from you asking for my room number, I never got a reply to my messages or to the report I made about my lost items. I will not recommend you
