Lorenzo was an outstanding host and we had an excellent stay. We are Brazilian, and from the first moment he made us feel very welcome. The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described — everything worked perfectly and we felt at home right away. Lorenzo’s reception was impeccable: friendly, warm, and extremely patient. Since my wife and I don’t speak Italian, he took the time to explain everything slowly and clearly, which made the check-in and the whole experience very easy and stress-free. Housekeeping was also excellent. Every time we went out and the room was cleaned, our luggage and personal belongings were always left exactly as we had placed them, which made us feel comfortable and respected. Overall, great value and a truly reliable, professional, and kind host. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Lorenzo to anyone visiting Florence — especially other Brazilians who may feel unsure about the language. A estadia foi perfeita. O nosso anfitrião era muito gentil e atencioso conosco. O quarto impecável de limpo e agradável. Ótimo aquecedor, secador de cabelo, frigobar, atendeu muito bem as nossas necessidades. A localização é perfeita, muito perto da estação central, e de ótimos restaurantes e supermercados. Greeted by the owner and checked in and shown round the room. Very clean and comfortable. Some noise from other rooms at times but nothing to spoil our sleep. Very convenient for all of Florence’s sights which are walkable. Also surrounded by many GOOD food outlets.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado para todo, está muy cerca de la la estación termini, caminando son como 12 minutos y el metro está a la vuelta, queda a 3 minutos y de ahí puedes moverte en 5 minutos al Vaticano, el personal es muy amable. El check in es en el hotel sonya y las habitaciones están en otro edificio, pero fue fácil todo el proceso, caminando quedan restaurantes y gelaterias muy bien rankeadas, nos encantó!

Amazing place in center of Florence. We arrived after the check-in time, but if you call or WhatsApp them a few days before, you will get the code and you can enter on your own. Very clean, close to tram, the beds are good. Please be aware that there are two stairs to go up. There is an elevator, but you need the key first for to use it. I would stay here again!!

Quarto extremamente silencioso em uma região movimentada de Florença, próxima à estação de trem. Essas noites foram as que dormimos melhor em toda a nossa viagem. O Lorenzo foi bastante simpático e solícito conosco no check-in, e o check-out foi realizado sem nenhum problema.

This place is incredible! Superb location in the heart of Florence. A 5min walk to the Duomo. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Bathrooms recently renovated and clean. Entire place cleaned thoroughly, daily. Very enjoyably stay!

La estancia en general fue buena, solamente como detalle, no sabía que hacer al llegar al edificio, tuve que llamar y me dijeron que apretara el timbre y ahi me abrían. Cuando llegas te indican todo lo que debes saber, wifi, habitacion, el baño compartido, las llaves etc. Habitación amplia, cama cómoda. Limpio en general. Puedes llegar caminando a todo prácticamente. Es un edificio compartido.

The owner Lorenzo , met us at the door greeted us and allowed a earlier ck in . As we had traveled very early to get there. Room was very clean and comfy bed. Will recommend his place to friends and family . Close to everything, great restaurants , close to transportation.

It was great finding this place. Very central and the owner Lorenzo has been helpful in a tons of ways. We shared the bathroom but there was no issues at all as it was cleaned daily. We will definitely come back next time in Florence.

The owner is a class act. He welcomed us to the property. The property is in the middle of every place to be visited in Florence. Minutes from Santa Maria Novela Train Station, a landrauemat in the corner, restaurants and bars near by. The place is clean, a/c works great, it has an elevator and people can leave luggage after checkout. Great price and perfect location. The only improvement will be the wifi. A wifi extender will be great. I enjoy it, I recommend it and I hope to stay again in the future. Thanks!

Amazing place to stay in Florence, super convenient location, walking distance from everything, close to the train station. I really love Florence and this place make it better. Cozy and comfy room, clean share bathroom, familiar feeling, nice view from my window. Lorenzo was great to deal with, I did late checking and the process was easy, the hotel is super secure, Lorenzo also recommended a the best restaurant for the Florentina Bistecca and it was delicious. Affordable, convenient, cozy, good price, friendly staff. If I am back to Florence i'll stay here again for sure.
