Lisa and Simone were excellent hosts, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. They even helped us with our luggage from the car to the room.The apartment was perfect for us. Just about 10 minutes walk to the the train station to go to Cinque Terre. AC temperature was great, we like it cold at 19 degrees Celsius. Just down the apartment there's a great place for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Five star all around!

Elisa and Simone were the perfect hosts! The hotel is a small six room hotel. It is absolutely lovely. By far one of our nicer stays while in Italy. It is clean, very spacious, updated, air conditioning and has very comfortable beds. The hosts gave us recommendations for sights and restaurants which were delicious. We enjoyed La Spezia and Cinque Terre. None of us wanted to leave! A definite “must stay” kind of place!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cinque Terre. The location is excellent — just a 3–4 minute walk from the train station, making it very easy to explore the area. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always accessible whenever we needed anything. There are plenty of great dining options nearby, and the town itself is charming, lively, and very tourist-friendly. Overall, a perfect and convenient place to stay while visiting Cinque Terre.

Perfekt beläget på bara några minuters avstånd från tågstationen (utmärkt utgångspunkt för vandring Cinque Terra) och i nära anslutning till huvudgatan med tillgång till restauranger och butiker. Fantastisk hjälpsam personal (ägare) där du får tips om allt i närområdet och hjälp med att boka aktiviteter om så önskas. Stora luftiga rum med högt till tak, utrustade med allt du kan önska.

Outstanding property in every aspect. I stayed in eleven hotels over five weeks in Italy and this was my favourite. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive. The room was beautiful, large and clean: with a very cool fifth floor view of the main street that I enjoyed people watching over morning coffee. I recommend this apartment over those close to the water and further from the trains. At the end of long days in Cinque Terre it was fantastic to only be a 4min walk from the train. Within short walking distance of everything I needed - laundry and groceries across the road, restaurants and shops, gelato to wander into the night and 10mins from the ferry for boat hopping days. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe and well looked after. Thank you Elisa and Simone, I look forward to returning.

Property located within 4 minute walk to train station but was perfectly quiet. Didn’t hear any street noise. Hosts are great communicators and even went over and above helping us with on-line Cinque Terre tickets. They communicated throughout our stay to see how they could help. Bed was very comfortable and super clean

This place was very close to the train station and easily accessible to walk the central area, which had lots of shops and restaurants. The staff was so responsive and friendly, which made check in fast and easy. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The room, the location and the staff provided a wonderful overnight for us in La Spezia.

Gem of a find! Heartfelt thanks to Elisa and Simon who were the perfect hosts! This place is only 5 mins walk from La Spezia train station and a great base to explore Cinque Terre and the islands. 10 mins walk from the apartment and you reach the pier to take the boat to Portovenere. The rooms are big, beautiful and very clean. Spacious bathroom well maintained and clean. Housekeeping and change of towels is once every 2 days. The apartment is housed inside a building where locals live, so you get a taste of local life. We absolutely loved our room and had the best stay, Elisa was always available on WhatsApp and we enjoyed their company! Yes, Simon you are the best :) we look forward to coming back!

Es un hotel con una ubicación inigualable, con acceso al tren de manera muy rápida, el personal es también muy amable, atento y servicial en todo momento, las habitaciones están impecables mi única sugerencia es que los horarios de check in fueran un poco más flexibles, ya que nosotros no teníamos muy claros la hora de llegada y nos apenaba el hacerles perder tiempo a los anfitriones, que siempre fueron tan amables con nosotros

Elisa and Simone were very warm and welcoming hosts. They were very helpful with suggestions for parking, dining and tips on visiting Cinque Terre. The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Check in and out were very easy. It was in a great location, very close to the train station. Parking at the train station was easy and close by, even with luggage. Lots of restaurants close by too.
